I have just ordered my third bed from Laybrook. The first one has been given to my son, who, at 6ft5in, loves it. It was the most comfortable bed I have slept in and I love the electronics.
The second one is in my spare bedroom and everyone who has slept in it are very satisfied.

Purchased a bed July 2020, one mattress has totally collapsed, contacted laybrook, and they just replied with "mattress is out of warranty, yet whilst I was researching it, all they kept boasting is a 5 yr guarantee, including everything, (motors etc)
They are not what they claim to be, please DO NOT BUY from them, instead go to BEDSRUZZZZ, our last bed was from them, and it was over 20 years old, we stupidly decided to give our bed to our daughter and treated ourselves to one that's already damaged, we are stuck with it, Please, GO SOMEWHERE THAT ARE HONEST AND CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
FYI, we are waiting to hear back from trading standards re the mattress.

We have had fantastic service from Laybrook. Especially Trevor ~ who was an excellent ambassador for the company. He delivered and set up the adjustable bed really well. He went through the operating instructions carefully and thoughtfully. Very impressed with the service. Now hoping that the new bed will make my husband's life much easier as he has Parkinsons.

DO NOT buy from this company, BE WARNED. Once you’ve paid your money they have no interest in rectifying any problems. The fitters are rubbish, the quality of the mattresses are rubbish, communication is rubbish. Do yourself a favour and buy from a reputable company.

Mixed experience, ordering and delivery was relatively easy, and communication when order was delayed was good.

However after delivery the service turned for the worse. The mattress were extremely uncomfortable, as we could feel the massage modules when laying on the bed.
After several emails and photos they sent an engineer out, for which I had to take a day off. He agreed that they were faulty and the company confirmed that they would send replacements. 5 months later and still no sign of the replacement, and very poor communication as when I ensure I just get told it is with their team to arrange and they will be in contact.

Bought a 5ft dual Belmont Adjustable bed from Laybrook having had the bed now for two months i could not be happier very comfortable bed very easy to adjust to whatever position suits you and the massage system is extra but well worth it for your aches and pains Laybrook staff were all very helpful there prices were fair and i also have a 5 year guarantee for peace of mind

From first contacting Laybrook they've been helpful and supportive. I needed my new bed in a hurry due to hospital procedure - they sorted it within hours and delivery was completed before I went to hospital. The delivery guys were so friendly, polite and supportive. All-in-all a first class experience. The beds are comfy too!

We went to the Bicester showroom to look at the beds, we were given a two-hour slot and the sales staff were excellent. We chose a dual adjustable bed; each bed adjusts silently so can be altered without disturbing the partner. The bed is slightly high, but we were warned and given ample time to check this before ordering. Really good nights sleep now.

My bed has just been delivered and installed. I am very impressed by the quality of the bed and look forward to using it. I would also like to say how helpful, friendly and efficient the installation engineer, Trevor, is. It was a pleasure to meet him. Trevor explained how the control works, pointed out that the castors can be locked, and took all the packaging away. The sales staff are very courteous, helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company.

I spoke to carly, about a mattress I was given good advice and I placed my order.
A couple of days later my order arrived in great condition. Fantastic guy who brought the mattress into the house for me.

Fantastic company to deal with. From start to finish .I was kept informed throughout the process and the delivery and assembly were seamless, Paul , who delivered and assembled the bed was polite knowledgeable and very helpful. The beds are made to personal specs' and mine is perfect and everything I could have hoped for.

I ordered a 4 ft small double bed in January of this year from Laybrook!... Pleased with my choice and price. It was delivered Monday the 7th February and fitted by Henry, very polite and courteous indeed! ( called me with updates prior to his arrival too ) He took the time to familiarise me with the controls etc, removing all the packaging from my home. I could not be more pleased with the excellent service and representative this company provided! I love my new bed!

I absolutely love my new bed from Laybrooks, ? , it’s so comfortable I never want to get out.
The service I have received is highly recommended from ordering to delivery and installing. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the guy who delivered and installed my bed was very polite and talked me through using the reclining mattress.
The first night I got in it was like sleeping on a cloud, it’s so comfortable and so very easy to make. I can highly recommend this firm, the prices are very good as well,

On the whole from the delivery to the setting up of the bed was great.
mum is very happy with the comfort of the matress etc.
The only thing she feels could have been better is the foot board which is a metal hook that keeps the duvet in place feels it could have gone the entire witdth of the bed so the duvet keptnin properly.
